The United States Attorney?s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced recently that Elijah Dewayne Hicks, 22, of Okemah, was found guilty by a federal jury of murder in Indian Country; use, carry, brandish and discharge of a firearm during and in relation to a crime of Violence; and causing the death of a person .
