Ryan Troy Dick, a 52-yearold Sallisaw resident, is being held in the McIntosh County Jail pending his preliminary hearing on charges related to indecent photographs and videos sent to a former girlfriend and her mother who live on Texanna Road near Eufaula.
Dick allegedly sent via Facebook Messenger the unsolicited photos of his genitalia and videos of the couple having intercourse.
He has been charged with non-consensual dissemination of private sexual images and “recording, distributing, and transmitting obscenity.”
He was arrested on Feb. 3.
Following a pre-preliminary conference held on July 9, Associate District Judge Brendon Bridges set a preliminary hearing for 9 a.m., July 30.
Dick is being held on a $40,000 bond.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by Deputy Bradley Smith, Smith was contacted by the girl’s mother on Dec. 12, 2024 who showed him the unsolicited photos and videos.
The ex-girlfriend identified the suspect by the images, which included a picture of his left wrist that contained a tattoo with flames.
She claimed Dick had stalked her since December 2017, according to the court records.
