As observers waited for the 3rd Annual Lighted Boat Parade at Eufaula Cove on Saturday, Nov. 28, they were entertained by members of Inspyral Circus, featuring a stilt-walking Snow King and Queen and Glowing Elves.
Scot and Carol’s Grinch-themed boat is named Mystic Traveler.
First place of the Lighted Boat Parade went to James Bind for his boat Island Time, which had a Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer theme.
