The Jim Lucas Public Library has worked diligently throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that the children?s summer reading program still had lots of fun activities along with ample reading time. Despite the circumstances, the library staff made several live videos, sent home activities baskets and kept avid readers plugging along to get their reading points for prizes and a chance to win the grand prize - a bicycle in each age group.
