Muskogee County Deputy Sheriff Bryan Jones and his K-9 partner Tibo, officially retired from their beat on the street on Friday, Feb. 12. They had been partners in crime for over 10 years and their bond was more than just an everyday work schedule. It had crossed over to being a family.
