Defendants requesting dismissal of cases based upon mcgirt decision of scotus

During the past nine months or so at least 100 defendants in a variety of criminal cases filed in McIntosh County District Court have filed motions for their cases to be dismissed based up the July 9, 2020 McGirt decision issued by the Supreme Court of the United States.
