Sooners set NCAA D1 record for best-ever start to a season 36-0

For the first time in NCAA Division I college softball history, a team has won its first 36 games. No.1 ranked OU defeated Texas Tech 21-0. Canisius n 1993, UCLA in 1999 and 2001 and Oregon in 2017 won their first 35, before falling in their 36th contest.
