The mask of mental health is maddening to say the least. Why do so many seem to struggle with mental health issues today? My sweet friend just lost her oldest child this past week to a moment of weakness. All I could do was cry and ask myself why God, why? I too have had many moments of weakness as I have struggled with mental health, but oh how I wished I could have seen this child?s pain before this tragic ending.
