56th Old Settlers Day honors top steer wrestlers

The 56th Old Settlers Day weekend went off without a hitch this Friday and Saturday in Checotah. The Chamber of Commerce honored Checotah?s top steer wrestlers as this year?s parade marshals. They include Roy Duvall, Bill Duvall, Tommy Combs, Ote Berry, Sam Duvall, Cody Battles, Spud Duvall, Teddy Johnson and Riley Duvall. Benny Combs, Willard Combs and Billy Hale were also honored posthumously.
