Elections in Oklahoma are always held on Tuesdays. Elections for county, state and federal offices are held in even-numbered years. Most regular municipal elections are held in odd-numbered years, usually in April. School districts hold elections for Board of Education offices every year on the first Tuesday in April (or on the second Tuesday in February if a primary election is needed).
