Jerry Fetterly, 40, of Eufaula pled guilty in drug court last week, March 22, to multiple charges and was handed 40 years in suspended sentences. If he fails to fulfill the drug court requirements, the suspended sentences will be revoked and he faces possibly more than 50 years in prison.
