A world with no peace
commentary

A world with no peace

There is no doubt that our world has no peace because most do not know the Peacemaker.

On Oct. 7 Hamas attacked Israel on their Jewish holiday, and has shown no mercy as they continue to slaughter innocent men, women and children. Now as Israel defends herself and fights back, it is ironic how many become conflicted and want to shift blame back on the Jewish people. Yet as more than a million people have fled their homes in Gaza ahead of the “expected Israel invasion” one needs to be careful whose side they are on and who really started this fight.

Scripture clearly states in Genesis 12:3 “I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.” This is why I have been praylucky ing for Israel since this bold and brazen attack from Hamas because I know the enemy wants to wipe out Gods people in these last days.

As our President Biden talks about aid, more die at the hand of these terrorists who threaten peace not only for Israel but for the world.

Jeremiah 6:14 says “They offer superficial treatments for my peoples mortal wound. They give assurances of peace when there is no peace.”

This is exactly what is happening. They are saying “peace, peace, but there is no peace.”

In John 15:18-21 the Bible clearly states “If world hates you, know that it has hated me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love you as its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you: A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you. If they kept my word, they will also keep yours. But all these things they will do to you on account of my name, because they do not know him who sent me.

The enemy hates the Jewish people. Look at how many were killed in the Holocaust when Adolf Hitler came into power in Germany in 1933. He ordered the mass murders of millions of Jews and other persecuted groups by the Nazi regime during WWII.

In fact, Hitler’s hate for the Jewish people led to Nazis constructing over 44, 000 incarceration sites where the regime tortured, starved, killed and burned millions of innocent people. Sound familiar?

By the time the Holocaust was over, approximately six million Jewish people had died at the leadership of this mad man. In addition, millions of other individuals were also killed during this hideous reign of terror, including Roma, Jehovah Witnesses, queer people and those with disabilities.

Now this latest war threatens God’s chosen people again and what are we going to do about it? Some may think this war is theirs not ours, but yet 14 US citizens have been killed in the fight and 24 are missing and there are 39 more foreign nationals who have lost several citizens since this war began. It is time to wake up and realize the enemy’s threat to society as a whole.

Make no mistake, war will come to America if we stand back and let terrorists reign. For the saying is true. Know Jesus, know peace or no Jesus, no peace. The choice is yours.
