Muscogee Creek Nation Citizenship Office will be at the Checotah Indian Community Center, located at 800 Owens Ave., on December 20 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. to assist members of the tribe with renewing their citizenship identification cards.

To renew your card, you will need to bring your current driver’s license and your old citizenship card. If you do not have these documents, you can also use your birth certificate and social security card as proof of identity and citizenship.
