Two McIntosh County residents went through quite the ordeal last Friday.

Two honor farm escapees took control of the prison bus in which they were being transported and stopped it at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Lovelace who live west of Warner.

They stole some mens clothing, a shotgun and a 1970 Falcone and made their getaway.

The escapees wrecked the car a short time later near Tiger Mountain. They then hitched a ride in a pickup truck and were apprehended a short time later.
