BX of PEO to meet
Chapter BX of PEO will meet Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at 5 p.m. at the Sharpe House with Louise Slinkard serving as hostess and the Social Committee acting as cohostesses.

CLPS meetings resumed at the Katy Depot
The Checotah Landmark Preservation Society
will start up their monthly meetings beginning in April. The meetings are the second Thursday of each month at 10 a.m. at the Katy Depot located on Paul Carr Drive. Anyone interested in joining CLPS or volunteering is encouraged to come and be a part of preserving Checotah¡¯s history.

GriefShare is a safe haven for hearts that have been shattered by loss.
At GriefShare you will find acceptance, support and encouragement when you need it most. Free and nondenominational classes are offered Wednesdays at 6 p.m. at Checotah First Baptist Church.
Retired Teachers to meet April 12

Lions Club meets biweekly
The Checotah Lions Club general meetings are at noon on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. Least of These Food Ministry monthly distribution The Least of These Food Ministry offers free grocery distributions to anyone in Checotah or the surrounding area who struggles with food insecurities. Participants must provide ID and proof of residency.
Grocery distribution is the third Friday of each month at 2 p.m. at the First Assembly of God located at 401 N. Broadway.
