It has been an interesting dynamic at the recent city council and planning and zoning meetings. Again, on this month’s city council agenda were two hot topics - a community garden and street racing. However, after several citizens voiced their opinions of wanting a community garden, they were shocked when the city approved a street racing event but pushed out the possibility of a community garden to another special meeting that will be held on May 28 at 5:30 p.m.
