BACK TO SCHOOL ENROLLMENT

PreK/New Student Enrollment (In person only) July 29 from 12 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. July 30 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. Aug. 2 from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. Please bring: Birth certificate, shot records, proof of residency, parent’s photo ID, CDIB card if applicable Returning students can enroll online begin July 19. Go to www.checotah.k12.ok.us to fill out forms.

Checotah Intermediate & Middle School Online enrollment starts July 19 at noon Meet the Teacher & Returning Student Enrollment Aug. 12 from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. Aug. 13 from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
