On July 25, at the Oklahoma State 4-H Roundup in Stillwater, 4-H celebrated a remarkable achievement with the recognition of Billy Haltom for his outstanding contributions to youth development. Haltom was awarded the prestigious State Partner in 4-H Award for his dedicated service and leadership at the state 4H Honors Banquet.
