They say when it rains it pours. Sometimes it pours even without rain. More than a week ago heavy rains and clogged drains created flooding in the McIntosh County Courthouse. Tuesday night, a busted hot water heater on the first floor of the courthouse created more flood woes. The county is still waiting to hear from the insurance adjuster about the damage from the first flood. Security Officer Bub Hammett cleaning up the latest mess.
