Checotah running back Jayden Ellen receives offer from Air Force

Checotah senior running back Jayden Ellen has received a college offer from the Air Force Academy. Ellen played a huge part in the Wildcats’ offense in 2024 where he ran for 1,541 yards and 19 touchdowns. Checotah ended the season with an 8-4 record after falling in the Class 3A semi-finals.

Ellen (5’10”, 195 lbs) is an explosive runner with tremendous power and speed. His versatile running style makes it hard for just one defender to bring him down. He is a good blocker and can catch the football out of the backfield, making him a two-dimensional athlete.
