Coleman twirling for TU

McIntosh County native Sydney Coleman is the feature twirler for the University of Tulsa.

The Tulsa Sound Marching Band lit up the field Saturday night with a dazzling performance that matched the energy of a thrilling upset. As the Golden Hurricane stunned the Oklahoma State Cowboys, Sydney’s twirling added a layer of spectacle to the celebration, embodying the pride and spirit of TU.

A recent signee from Warner High School, Sydney earned her spot as the University’s sole feature twirler earlier this year, making her debut season one to remember.

Her performance during the game not only showcased her athleticism and artistry but also symbolized the rising momentum of Tulsa’s marching band and football program.

Reign Cane, indeed.
