After weeks of anticipation, the Plumb Theatre Gospel Festival takes the outdoor stage this Friday and Saturday, Sept. 26–27! Armbands are just $15, and they cover both nights of soul-stirring, spiritlifting gospel. Friday, Sept. 26, features the Ruckmans, a southern gospel mixed trio whose live band fuels testimonies and harmonies that make the heart leap.

Marge Shipley, Creek Nation elder and gospel matriarch who has spent six decades singing praises across Oklahoma churches, will rock the stage with her family.

And don’t miss the Hallelujah Honeys— Kate Andrews and her young daughters Aubree (13) and Charlee (10)— whose little voices rise like sweet perfume of praise.

Saturday, Sept. 27, bluegrass gospel takes center stage. Mike Davis and the Bluegrass Travelers, heirs of a gospel tradition that began in 1953, bring banjo, fiddle, mandolin, guitar, and upright bass together in a joyful noise.

Sharing the night are the Gastineaus of Ada, a traveling ministry with original songs, a spiritfilled band, and testimonies sure to bless every soul. We’ll be servin’, Hamburger Haven will be sizzlin’, and cool drinks will be flowin’ to keep you refreshed. Bring your own chair or rent one under the tent. Gate opens at 4 p.m. and shows start at 5 p.m. each night.

We will raffle off a White Sapphire, sterling silver necklace.

Also raffling off a four-hour boat trip on beautiful lake Eufaula, leaving at the No. 9 Marina. Seats up to 15.
