The sun was shining on Checotah?s Community Egg Hunt this year on March 27 at the Checotah Sports Complex. Though the fields were still a little damp, over 225 participants flooded the fields to play games, enjoy rides, play on bounce houses, and hunt for eggs by their age. Tiny tots were all smiles as they claimed their little stash of eggs while the older children stormed the field and had it picked clean within minutes.
