It is time for Checotah School enrollment. Enrollment forms may be filled out online. The link to the enrollment forms is on the webpage at www.checotah.k12. ok.us. Parents will still need the forms printed to sign, but each school site will print the forms and have them available to sign on the Meet the Teacher events. Parents can also print the forms after they submit their information. Each parent will receive an email following the enrollment process that will include a copy of the enrollment papers.
