Oklahoma Festival of Ballooning was hosted at Hatbox Field in Muskogee this weekend after taking a year off due to the pandemic last year. This was the third time for the City of Muskogee to host the event. This year families came from all over the surrounding area, including Checotah families, who braved the heat and the fear of catching COVID to take a ride in a helicopter or a hot air balloon for a mere $20.
