FAIC Fire Department will host a 4 Man Scramble golf tournament on Saturday, Oct.

14, at the Fountainhead Golf Course, located at 112469 OK-150, west of Checotah.

Entry fee is $150 per four man team, which includes two golf karts nd green fees.

Payouts will be $500 first place; $300 second place and $150 third place.

A traveling trophy will be awarded to the first responder team that places the highest.

A longest drive competition will be held as well.

Sponsorship is $200 per hole and FAIC is looking for more sponsors.

All proceeds are going towards getting new equipment/gear for the FAIC Fire Department.
