She and Shyanne Madewell teamed up back-to-back in the lineup to create constant problems for Locust Grove, with Madewell also racking up three hits, including a clutch RBI double in the sixth inning.
Aurora Madewell and Teagan Madewell each added multiple hits, while Carly Dismukes showed patience at the plate, drawing two walks as Checotah worked six total free passes on the night.

Team effort seals the win
Checotah’s defense stayed sharp, turning a double play to back up Casey’s historic performance. Locust Grove’s starter, Huffman, struggled under the relentless Checotah bats, surrendering 11 hits and eight runs (two earned) in just less than six innings.
