WMU Alliance prepare gifts for nursing home

The Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU) recently wrapped gifts for residents of Lakeview Nursing home.

The Woman’s Missionary Union (WMU), founded in 1888, is the largest Protestant mission’s organization for women in the world.

Among their many projects is distributing Christmas gifts.

Ladies of the WMU Alliance consisted of seven local Native churches of Eufaula.

They also welcome all other ladies to the alliance to come and participate in their projects.

Pictured are Judy Pickering, Moline Jackson, Carolyn Stauffer, Carol Northcutt, Laverne Tiger and Char Colbert.

Women’s Missionary Union alliance dedicates their purpose in services and assistance with those in need.
