One of the most important roles at Night to Shine is being a Buddy—a one-on-one companion for one of our Honored Guests. Buddies stay with their guest the entire evening, offering support, encouragement, and genuine friendship so they can fully enjoy a night of dancing, dinner, and red-carpet treatment.
As a Buddy, you help make the night about them, not their disability— celebrating your Honored Guest, keeping them safe, and making them feel like true VIPs. It’s simple, meaningful, and incredibly rewarding. Many volunteers say it’s one of the most joy-filled experiences they’ve ever had.
