Nancy Marie Mouser

Nancy Marie Mouser, 66, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, passed away Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital of Tulsa. Nancy was born on Nov. 3, 1956, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the daughter of Richard “Dick” Thomas Willis and Wilma “Doris” Willis.

Nancy graduated from Eufaula High School in 1975. She was known for running track and playing basketball. She married Roley McIntosh on October 13, 1973, at Big Arbor Baptist Church in Stidham. They were married for over 20 years, and to this union four children were born: Spencer, Tyler, Elijah and Samantha.

Nancy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, in 1985. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987 and maintained her certification for 36 years. She worked with her father in his practice in Eufaula

until she became owner in 1991. Nancy worked up until one week of her passing, taking video calls and keeping Jeremy (and her kids) busy.

She served on the Eufaula City Council for several years and was a long-time supporter of the Eufaula Area Arts Council. She appreciated many local churches and denominations, eventually finding a home at Free Will Baptist Church in Eufaula.

Nancy married Logan George Mouser on Oct. 17, 1999, at the First Baptist Church in Eufaula. George stayed by her side until the end. Together they enjoyed rodeos, playing basketball and softball, and watching their favorite TV show, The Price is Right.

An avid art collector, Nancy curated a remarkable collection of Native American artifacts, pottery, baskets and paintings.

Nancy loved to garden, play sports, travel, host family dinners and holiday weekends, and attend as many events for her 11 grandchildren as she could.

Nancy will be dearly remembered by her husband, Logan George Mouser, of the home; sons, Spencer McIntosh and wife Nicole of Laurel, Montana, Tyler Mc-Intosh of Eufaula, Elijah “Eli” McIntosh and wife Natasha of Fort Gibson; daughter, Samantha McIntosh and partner Jonathan Partin of Norman; ten grandchildren, Noah, Raley and Avery McIntosh, Tyra, Dasyn and Jilyenne McIntosh, Diana and Isaac McIntosh, and George and Arthur Partin; brotherin- law Stephen Duell; sisters-in-law Bonita and husband Shorty Wood, and Joyce Mouser; her friends and travel companions Cathy Rippy and Glenna Fisher; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She joins in heaven her parents, Dick and Doris Willis; her sisters, JoNita Duell and Deana Willis; a grandson, Jeffrey Alexander McIntosh; father-in-law, Logan Mouser; motherin- law, Billie Mouser; and brother-in-law, Billy Jack Mouser.

A funeral service will be held 1 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 28, 2023 at the First Baptist Church in Eufaula with Reverend Ronnie Drake officiating.

Pallbearers will be Dasyn McIntosh, Noah McIntosh, Jeremy Burns, Sloan Wood, Jeremy Foresee, and William Lowe. Honorary pallbearers are Roger Barton, Stephen Duell, Stanley McIntosh, Tracy Franklin, and the Eufaula City Council.

Burial will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery under direction of Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home & Crematory. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.hbmfuneralhome. com.
