McIntosh GOP participated in the Republican State Convention and we carry back the news that it was a smashing success!
As part of the grassroots of the Republican party we were able to get our National Committee Woman Charity Linch and National Committee Man Larry Murray across the finish line, much to the chagrin of the estab-lishment.
We also removed state legislators from the OKGOP State Committee body which was a major accomplishment.
They are still able to be elected to these positions or even appointed to other committee positions; however, they no longer gain a voting position on the State Committee simply by virtue of their office.
On May 16 we have an exciting matchup between HD13 Representative Neil Hays and his challenger Jarod Mendenhall.
We will also have Spring Morrow, candidate for HD15 on hand to speak with the people and answer any questions. Location to be announced next week!
