Plumb Theatre News
By MATTIE AND PAUL MALOY PLUMB THEATRE

Mega performer Carl Acuff Jr. is returning to the Plumb Theatre Saturday night, June 1, at 7 p.m., performing a tribute to Oklahoma Country Music great Merle Haggard.

We know everyone loves the songs Merle made popular over his career with nearly 40 number one country hits between the 1960s and 1980s, with “OKIE FROM MUSKOGEE” being Oklahoma’s favorite.

Carl will be bringing his own unique performance, “Branson Style,” giving you a night full of great entertainment.

Did we mention Carl plays several instruments as well as performing and entertaining?

Audience participation is anticipated.

And, of course, a salute to all the men and women in uniform, past and present, will be given.

Doors open at 6 p.m. Shows begin 7 p.m.

Donation is $10. All donations help bring in our stars and help with the Annual Gospel Fest, with music to wake the soul and warm the heart.

Remember it’s not a show without you.
