Texanna Lady Crafters News
By HELEN TREMAIN

We started this New Year by thanking TLC members for their hard work and dedication to our cause. By helping those that are in need, our communities were improved.

We also want to thank our customers for keeping our craft shop going and growing.

Our hours in 2025 will be the same as in 2024, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We have tried other days and times but have found that these days worked best.

Everything in our craft store is handmade or refurbished by our members, mostly from leftover items donated to TLC from local communities. The creativity of our ladies is impressive and unique, as are the items in the store.

I want to share with our readers that we had a very busy 2024. We were able to contribute to the following organizations: Eufaula VFW, Muskogee Veterans Hospital, and Back Pack Buddies. Also receiving support were Happy Paws, Eufaula Public Library, Freedom House, God’s Helping Hands, Texanna Food Pantry, Toy Soldiers and Texanna Elves. These five local fire departments benefitted, as well: F.A.I.C., Vivian, Porum , Texanna and Onapa.

Valentine’s Day is quickly approaching. This year, consider us as a source for your Valentine candy, gift and bakery needs. We are offering an inviting selection of homemade sweets and charming gift items.

We are located right across from Dawn’s Place Café on Texanna Road at 419098 Texanna Road.

Hope to see you soon.
