The Eufaula Ironheads (189) saw their season come to end Friday as Skiatook defeated Eufaula 62-47. It was a ball game in the first half as Eufaula trailed by 12-11. Three-point specialist Dusty Eby had three three-pointers in the game.

Eufaula took it to Skiatook in the second period playing great defense while scoring in transition. Ty Sparks was great on defense and forced turnovers as the Ironheads out scored Skiatook 12-10 to go into the halftime break with a 23-22 lead.

However the second half was all Skiatook as they out scored the Ironheads 38-24.

Skiatook scored 17 points in the third period and 21 points in the fourth period to win the game. Eufaula struggled against the high-pressure defense and the ability to grab rebounds on both ends of the floor.

Maddox Bridges led Eufaula with 10 points, Eby nine, Jentry James eight and Ty Sparks finished with seven points. Eufaula defeated Bristow 45-37 on Thursday. Seniors Dacen Hunter and Maddox Bridges each had 12 points followed by Jentry James and Keaton Parish with 11 points.
