Ironheads participate in Gerard Alexander Invitational

The Eufaula boys’ track and field team participated in the Gerard Alexander Invitational Track and Field meet on Friday at Beggs. Eufaula placed fifth overall as a team.The Ironheads 4×100 relay team placed third.

Baylor Bohannon placed fifth in the 3200 meter run with a time of 11:51.90. Eufaula also placed fourth in the 4×200 relay. Decarlo Noriega placed eighth in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:16.53, Bohannon placed 17th, Gerald Colenutt 20th, Xander Smietanski 28th, Joe Baker 31, Merrick Schiffli and Caden Mooore placed 33rd.

Folsom Ledger took second place in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.50, Peter Lee fifth 11.65, Dresden Chiles 14th, Hunter Fletcher 20th, Zayvion Price placed 27th and Chase Bumgarner 39th.

In the boys’ 400-meter run, Michael Smith placed ninth with a time of 57.39, Gerald Colenutt 17th and Ronnie Adams 27th.

Dacen Hunter placed fourth in the 300-meter hurdles. Peter Lee took fourth in the 200-meter run with a time of 23.29, Maddox Bridges sixth, Hunter Fletcher 13th and Michael Smith 32nd.

Decarlo Noriega placed fifth in the 1600-meter run. Simeon Hill placed fifth in the shot put with a throw of 38-06.00 and DayDay Shine placed seventh with a throw of 38-06.00.

Dresden Chiles placed third in the high jump with a jump of 6-00.00 and Dacen Hunter placed sixth with 5-04.00 and Maddox Bridges placed ninth with a jump of 5-00.00.

Chiles also placed fourth in the long jump with 18-01.00 and Zayvion Price eighth with 18-01.00.
