Be a leader, passionate for change
By if JtaVonnd RkûÂà-

I have stood beside those I respect in authority and I have also lead with that same authority when I saw the need for change. Whether personally or professionally one thing is constantly consistent and that is the reality that everything is always changing. I’ve seen good changes and I’ve also seen sad changes in our society. However, being passionate for change means to have a strong drive to make a positive difference in a specific area that needs reform. In life, whether that’s personal, professional, or societal, one has to decide to either be a leader or simply be a follower. I choose to be a leader and blaze a trail for others to follow. Change for the better is not always easy, but it is definitely needed in this present time.

So how can one stay passionate and positive about constant change?

First, you need to stay strongly motivated. Passion is a powerful motivator that pushes individuals to work hard and overcome all sorts of obstacles. Being passionate can provide the energy and enthusiasm that you need to pursue change, even when it’s difficult.

Secondly, I believe you need to focus on positive changes. Truly passionate people are usually driven by the desire to create positive outcomes in every area of their life, whether it’s personal growth, professional success or societal betterment. They are not just reactive to the problems but actively seek solutions and offer improvements.

Being a leader and being passionate about change directly affects every area and aspect of your life.

You can strive for personal growth on a daily basis realizing that every day we can learn something new. Passion seeks for professional development, pushes for social justices and yearns to improve the lives of others. It truly is about helping society as a whole.

Whether it’s starting a new career, demanding social reforms or advocating for a specific cause, passion is the drive needed to get you to the next level.

As we embrace change and learn how to adapt to new situations and challenges, passion will be there to show us how to be persistent and preserve even when there are setbacks. And believe me, life has many setbacks but that’s why God made us passionate to provide the resilience we need to keep moving forward.

Remember, anyone can be a follower. That’s easy.

However, being a leader means being so passionate for change that you make a positive impact that benefits not just yourself, but also your community and the world. I dare you to inspire others to embrace leadership and create a ripple effect of positive change for all. I’m passionate that it is possible.
